Regional Sales Manager – Animal Feeds Industry

About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the animal feeds business across the assigned region, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with farmers, distributors and internal teams to position our feed solutions effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee regional sales operations and achieve set revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts, expanding the distribution network.
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with farmers, cooperatives and distributors.
- Apply hands‑on poultry expertise to advise customers on product selection and usage.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
Required profile
- Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in the animal feeds industry.
- Proven hands‑on experience in poultry management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
