Remote Business Development Executive

About the role

WeCopy Fintech is seeking a Remote Business Development Executive to expand its fintech solutions in the Kenyan market. You will be responsible for building partnerships, driving revenue, and growing our community of traders and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard Affiliate Partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), KOLs, and KOCs in Kenya.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Drive key metrics such as revenue, deposits, active users, and retention.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads using HubSpot CRM.
• Develop and execute Kenya‑focused partnership and marketing initiatives.
• Build and manage communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Back‑office, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor the Kenyan market, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue, affiliate performance, client acquisition, and community growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Affiliate Marketing, or related fintech/forex fields.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and existing relationships with IBs, affiliates, KOLs, KOCs, or trader communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable business results.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platform) proficiency.
