Remote Partner Program Manager / Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

TogetherLight is looking for a results-driven Partner Program Head to lead and scale its rapidly growing influencer and partner marketing division. The role defines strategy, builds and manages a high-performing team, and owns the entire partner lifecycle for small and large marketing partners. It is a remote, independent full-time contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand and grow the partner program.
• Lead, coach and hold a team of Partner Program Agents accountable to clear KPIs.
• Own the Agile CRM and improve it to fit the program's needs.
• Create scripts, email templates and proposals based on performance data to optimise campaigns and ROI.
• Quality-check new prospects, partner onboarding details and video ad drafts before contracts are finalised.
• Manage contracts, payments and deliverables between partners and internal stakeholders.
• Guide the social media manager and approve posts for the company's social channels.
• Plan hiring, training and onboarding of new Partner Program Agents.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and managing influencer, affiliate or partner marketing programs.
• Leadership and team management experience, including coaching and developing staff.
• Experience overseeing B2C social media strategy and content.
• Analytical mindset, using data to measure ROI and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and copywriting skills.

Required skills

• Deep experience with CRM systems (Agile CRM is a plus).
• Marketing automation.
• Organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
