About the role
The Tamarind Group is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for Kengeles Cross Roads, its new sports bar in Karen, Nairobi. The role suits an energetic, hands-on leader with experience in a sports bar, gastropub or high-volume casual dining venue.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee match-day operations
- Develop a diverse team
- Manage inventory, stock controls and budgets
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver match days, promotions and community events that reflect the company's standards of excellence and authentic hospitality
