About the role
The Salary Loan Officer will promote salary‑based loan products across the Nairobi region, identify eligible borrowers and ensure timely repayments while maintaining accurate client records.
Key responsibilities
- Promote salary‑based loan products to potential clients.
- Identify and assess eligible borrowers.
- Follow up on loan repayments.
- Maintain accurate client records.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in salary lending.
