Sales Administration Manager - Snacks & Cereals

About the role

Career Directions Limited is hiring a Sales Administration Manager for its Snacks & Cereals category in the food industry, based in Kiambu County. This is a sales administration role, not a direct sales or business development position. The postholder leads sales administration and operational execution for the category, with a focus on revenue support, coordination, reporting and customer interface.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the Snacks & Cereals category, including contributing to sales strategy execution.
• Oversee sales administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, implement and enforce operational procedures, including sales reporting, inventory oversight and planning coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5-8 years' experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership.
• Prior experience in sales operations or sales administration within the Snacks & Cereals (food industry).
• Strong coordination, analytical and leadership skills.
