Sales Administrator

About the role

A growing FMCG distributor supplying food, beverages and cleaning products to hotels, restaurants, catering establishments and supermarkets is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator. The role supports invoicing, order processing, customer service and sales administration, is primarily office-based and suits someone who wants to grow into a broader sales and customer service position.

Key responsibilities

• Support invoicing and order processing
• Provide customer service and handle sales administration
• Keep accurate records and follow up on orders and customers

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Accounting or a related field is an advantage
• 3 years of experience in sales administration, invoicing, customer service or a related role
• FMCG experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal English; accuracy, organisation and a proactive attitude

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage
