About the role
Mogo Kenya Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to promote its Checkoff Loan products across Kenya. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining loan features, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients for Checkoff Loans.
- Present loan options and answer client queries.
- Achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven sales or field marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
