About the role
The Sales and Commercial Lead will drive growth of Dayuplan’s customer base and oversee wholesale and commercial accounts. This contractor position focuses on expanding market presence, retaining existing clients, and ensuring profitable sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Manage wholesale and commercial accounts, including active and dormant customers.
- Monitor market trends to support profitable sales growth.
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Oversee disciplined collections, customer retention, and sustainable business growth.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 60 months (5 years) of sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage wholesale and commercial accounts.
- Strong track record in customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience working in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented environment.
