Sales Assistant – Retail Fashion

About the role

The Sales Assistant will deliver high‑class customer service and help grow revenue by maximising sales at Vivo Fashion retail outlets. The role involves maintaining visual and housekeeping standards, processing transactions, and supporting inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer service, upsell and cross‑sell fashion products, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays in line with brand standards.
• Process sales, handle payments, and manage point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
• Track inventory levels, record stock movements, and organise products for efficient retrieval.
• Implement promotions, special offers, and collect customer feedback to improve service.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales, Customer Service, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in retail or fashion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to execute visual merchandising and fashion styling concepts.
