Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Kenya. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them navigate our freight, logistics and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and follow up on leads to generate new business.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and order fulfillment.
• Track customer orders, gather feedback and maintain accurate sales records.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in internal meetings, trainings and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on B2B environments.
• Basic understanding of freight, logistics, transportation or supply‑chain services (an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with operations and support teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in sales or account management (beneficial).

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office applications and CRM software for tracking leads and customer data.
