About the role
Enko KISC is seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Manager to lead enrolment growth across its four Kenyan campuses. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to attract families, manage the admissions journey, and ensure an exceptional experience from first enquiry to the first day of school.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive student recruitment strategy for all campuses.
- Drive enrolment growth and manage the end‑to‑end admissions process.
- Build and maintain strong prospect pipelines through partnerships and outreach initiatives.
- Support parent engagement and student retention programmes.
- Track admissions performance using CRM systems and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead and coordinate the local admissions and marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of School on enrolment priorities.
- Ensure consistent Enko brand visibility across all locations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, admissions, marketing or customer relationship management.
- Proven track record in driving growth and improving conversion rates.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating stakeholders across academic and operational functions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing techniques.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for admissions tracking.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for outreach and partnership development.
