Sales Development Representative

About the role

Hivemind is building an all‑in‑one recruiting platform and needs a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline by reaching out to recruiters, staffing agencies, and hiring teams. This outbound‑focused position works closely with the sales and founding team to qualify opportunities and shape the go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified prospects across recruiting agencies, internal talent teams, and hiring organizations.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Personalize messaging based on prospect needs and recruiting workflows.
• Engage prospects, uncover pain points, and qualify opportunities.
• Book qualified discovery calls and product demos for the sales/founding team.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and track outreach performance.
• Capture customer feedback, objections, and market insights to improve sales positioning.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the outbound sales playbook.

Required profile

• Experience in SDR, BDR, sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking with new people.
• Excellent research, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
• Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
