Sales Executive – Aluminium Fabrication

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to join our aluminium fabrication factory in Westlands, Nairobi. The role focuses on driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our growth targets in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
