Sales Executive – Hotel Industry

About the role
The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for our hotel clients by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality market and the ability to deliver tailored sales solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new hotel and hospitality clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience as a Sales Executive in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
