Sales Management Trainee (Fast-track program)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Management Trainee to join our fast‑track development program. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in sales operations, channel management and market intelligence, preparing you for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with order preparation, advise on sales targets and manage payment collections for cash orders.
• Coordinate with promoters and distributors to ensure timely order collection and educate them on product features.
• Guide merchandisers to optimise product displays, enhancing brand visibility in major retail outlets.
• Collect market insights, monitor competitor pricing and report emerging trends to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities with a proactive, result‑oriented mindset.
