Sales Manager - Vipingo

About the role

Vipingo Development PLC, a member of Centum Group / Centum RE, is looking for an experienced sales leader to drive growth across the Vipingo portfolio. The role leads the Vipingo sales team to grow revenue, acquire customers and convert leads, strengthens client relationships and keeps the pipeline disciplined from lead generation to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Vipingo sales team and drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and conversion
• Strengthen client relationships
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management from lead generation to closure

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; KCSE or equivalent score of B+ or higher
• 5 to 8 years in sales or business development
• At least 3 years in sales management or team leadership
• Experience in real estate or other target-driven industries such as insurance is highly preferred
• Professional qualification is an added advantage
