Sales & Marketing Intern (Real Estate) - 2 Positions

About the role

Brites Management Services is looking for two full-time Sales & Marketing interns in real estate, based in Kamakis. The intern supports the sales team in generating leads, marketing plots, following up with customers, arranging site visits and helping reach the company's sales targets, while gaining practical experience in real estate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate prospective customers through referrals, social media, activations, exhibitors and cold calling, and collect and update customer data in the company CRM/database
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments and make follow-up calls, answering inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and social media
• Provide accurate information on plot locations, prices, payment plans and project features
• Coordinate plot viewing visits, confirm prospect attendance, and support customers during site visits and registration
• Help prepare quotations, reservation forms and sales documents, and follow up on reservation payments and instalments
• Take part in roadshows, exhibitions, outdoor activations and property expos, and promote projects on social media
• Gather customer feedback, maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up of inquiries
• Prepare daily lead reports, submit weekly activity and performance reports, and keep accurate records of customer interactions

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, Commerce or a related field
• Recent graduate or student seeking an industrial attachment or internship
• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work with minimal supervision
• Good organisational and time management skills

Required skills

• CRM use and lead qualification
• Social media marketing knowledge is an added advantage

What we offer

• Stipend of KShs 15,000 plus commissions
