About the role
We are looking for a Sales Quality Analyst to join our Nairobi team on an urgent basis. The role focuses on evaluating sales calls, coaching reps, and driving performance improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls for quality and compliance.
- Identify sales opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
- Analyze performance trends and prepare detailed reports.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training programs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales QA or Quality Analyst.
- Background in Sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in QA tools for call evaluation.
