Sales Representative – Healthcare Staffing Platform

About the role

Our client, a growing healthcare staffing technology company, is seeking three results‑driven Sales Representatives to expand its platform in Kenya. The role involves introducing the platform to healthcare professionals and facilities, assisting with sign‑ups, and building relationships to drive temporary staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the healthcare staffing platform to professionals and explain its functionality.
• Recruit and assist healthcare professionals to register, complete profiles and verification.
• Identify and approach clinics, hospitals, dental practices and other facilities.
• Engage facility decision‑makers, demonstrate platform benefits and secure registrations.
• Conduct sales calls, follow‑up messages and in‑person visits to prospective facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, calls, visits, registrations and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in sales, field sales, business development or recruitment.
• Confident in approaching new people and making sales calls.
• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to explain a new service clearly and confidently.
• Proficient in English and Kiswahili, both spoken and written.
• Self‑motivated, organized, reliable and able to work independently.
