Sales Representative – Veterinary

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Representative to promote and sell veterinary products and animal health solutions to a range of clients in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell veterinary products to walk‑in customers, existing clients and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with farmers, veterinary practitioners, agrovet outlets and other relevant customers.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via quotation requests, tenders, email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, raise invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales transactions and order documentation using the company’s sales system.
• Monitor product availability, report low‑stock or expired items and coordinate stock replenishment with the Inventory Team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Animal Health, Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in veterinary products, animal health supplies or the agrovet industry.
• Proven ability to generate sales, identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of veterinary products and animal health solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with sales or inventory management systems (preferred).
