Sales Specialist – Paper, Packaging & Automation

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Sales Specialist to join our Nairobi office. The role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of customers in the paper, cardboard, packaging and automation sectors across East Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities through prospecting and customer visits.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and pipeline in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with international manufacturers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Provide product and application training to customers.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to regional growth strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B industrial, packaging or automation sales within East Africa or similar markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the region and work on‑site in Nairobi.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
