Scheduler (WellSky) – On-site in Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Scheduler to join our home‑care agency in Nairobi. The successful candidate will manage caregiver rosters, ensure continuous client coverage and act as the communication hub between caregivers, clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules using the WellSky platform.
• Adjust schedules promptly to accommodate last‑minute changes, absences or emergencies.
• Monitor staffing levels to guarantee adequate coverage for all client appointments.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to caregivers, clients and U.S.‑based stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of assignments, shift swaps and overtime.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in caregiver or staff scheduling, shift management or appointment coordination.
• Proven experience with the WellSky scheduling system (training or practical use).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with a clear, neutral accent suitable for U.S. communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on‑site.
