SDR Supervisor – Operations (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations / SDR Supervisor to lead an international Sales Development Representative (SDR) team based in Nairobi. You will be fully responsible for the performance, development, and day‑to‑day management of the team, aligning outbound prospecting activities with global KPIs to drive growth and high conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end leadership for the assigned SDR team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor and drive individual and group KPIs, including call volumes, connect rates, and pipeline health.
• Coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring coverage from 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
• Develop talent through performance improvement plans, one‑on‑one coaching sessions, and real‑time shadowing.
• Deliver continuous training, role‑plays, and objection‑handling workshops.
• Prepare operational reports and forecasts for regional management and implement action plans for improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in leadership, SDR operations, inside sales, or corporate sales training.
• Strong decision‑making and analytical mindset focused on data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and team motivation.
