About the role
The Counter Sales Representative will attend to walk‑in customers, promote automotive spare parts and work towards achieving sales targets in an on‑site retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to walk‑in customers and respond to spare‑parts inquiries.
- Identify and recommend the correct automotive spare parts based on customers’ needs.
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information, including part names, codes, and vehicle compatibility.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with store and procurement teams to confirm product availability.
Required profile
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Target‑driven, proactive and attentive to detail.
- Automotive spare‑parts knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
