Security Coordinator – Dongo Kundu, Bonje

About the role

Eni is seeking a Security Coordinator to support its operations in Dongo Kundu, Bonje. The role focuses on developing and implementing security plans, managing risks, and ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of security plans and objectives.
• Assess, monitor and manage security risks in line with laws, regulations and company standards.
• Provide expert security advice to management and coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies and crises.
• Gather and analyse security and business intelligence to aid risk‑management decisions.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Support investigations and security checks to protect people, assets and information.
• Monitor security incidents, trends and human‑rights issues, ensuring proper reporting.
• Review security audits and drive improvements to local security management systems.
• Implement risk‑mitigation measures to protect employees, contractors, third parties and the environment.

Required profile

• Secondary‑level technical education (degree preferred) or high school qualification.
• Fluent in English; Kiswahili is an advantage.
• Experience in security operations and knowledge of local security procedures and risk‑management practices.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
