Senior Accountant – Multi‑Entity & Intercompany Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Senior Accountant to lead the accounting function for a complex, multi‑entity client portfolio that includes healthcare operations, real‑estate ownership, and investor reporting. The role combines traditional ledger management with proactive cash‑flow oversight and decision‑ready financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the general ledger for 10+ related entities and drive the monthly close process.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments and ensure GAAP‑compliant financial statements.
• Produce clean Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts and create audit‑ready supporting schedules.
• Manage intercompany transactions, allocations and reconciliations across OpCo and PropCo structures.
• Partner with asset managers, ownership groups and lenders to support reporting needs.
• Assist with transition, integration and other ad‑hoc accounting projects.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi‑entity environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations.
• Familiarity with OpCo/PropCo structures and investor or lender reporting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; CPA or CPA‑track is a plus.
