Senior Chef de Partie – Arabic & Continental Cuisines

About the role

The Senior Chef de Partie will lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Arabic and Continental dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. This on‑site position reports to the Executive Chef and supervises junior kitchen staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate Arabic and Continental menu items following standardized recipes.
• Supervise and mentor junior chefs, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and all food‑safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, control stock usage, and minimize food waste.
• Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and development.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in Arabic and Continental cuisines.
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and train junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety standards.
• Experience with inventory control and waste reduction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
