Senior Client Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Senior Client Solutions Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, translating their unique business needs into tailored software solutions. You will ensure smooth implementation, provide ongoing support, and help clients maximize the value of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client configuration requests and design customized solutions that meet specific goals.
• Implement product systems and configure them to address each client’s business requirements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone, maintaining clear and efficient communication.
• Manage incoming calls in a phone queue, delivering exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update project documentation and tracking systems regularly.
• Create, review, and keep client cases and tasks organized in Clientspace.
• Advise clients on best practices and optimal software utilization.
• Conduct system training, testing, and troubleshooting to support client success.
• Collaborate with team members on software releases and participate in continuous training.
• Lead peer‑training sessions and serve as a subject‑matter expert on the software.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a corporate client‑facing role.
• Technical or bachelor’s degree in an administrative or HR‑related field.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Experience with Clientspace is preferred.
