Senior Corporate Attorney

About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to strengthen its Corporate practice in the Ohio and Kentucky markets. The successful candidate will lead complex business and transactional matters for closely held companies and serve as first chair on M&A engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on general business and transactional matters for privately held businesses.
• Lead and manage M&A transactions, acting as first chair and overseeing all phases of the deal.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on business and transactional work.
• First‑chair experience on M&A transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven project‑management capabilities.
