Senior Growth Product Manager

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own and expand conversion‑to‑purchase metrics across the entire acquisition funnel. You will work end‑to‑end, from acquisition channel strategy through in‑product experience, driving revenue and user growth for our AI‑powered health coaching app.

Key responsibilities

• Own key conversion metrics such as purchase conversion and incremental revenue growth.
• Analyze user behavior across all touchpoints, from ad impression to payment completion.
• Design and run high‑velocity product experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing to align creative strategy, messaging, and onboarding flows that boost purchase intent.
• Assess the impact of acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral) on in‑product conversion.
• Craft onboarding and activation flows tailored to channel source, user intent, and behavioral profiles.
• Experiment with segmentation, warm‑up strategies, paywalls, upsells, and offers to increase ARPU and first‑time conversions.
• Apply UX and sales‑psychology techniques such as scarcity, urgency, storytelling, personalization, and social proof.
• Build and analyze behavioral funnels, attribution models, and decision points to remove conversion blockers.
• Translate insights into fast execution: build dashboards, run A/B tests, and prioritize actions with clear revenue impact.
• Work cross‑functionally with performance marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or customer‑lifecycle roles, preferably in subscription‑based businesses.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue for digital products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn user insights into high‑converting product journeys.
• Experience designing and optimizing customer journeys and sales funnels.
