Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Consumer Insights

About the role

M-Gas is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and consumer insights across the customer lifecycle. You will shape data‑driven strategies, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure the brand resonates with our growing energy market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end consumer insights strategy, covering pre‑sale to recovery phases.
• Lead the consumer insights team and telephonic researchers to deliver actionable findings.
• Design and oversee market research, segmentation studies, and customer behaviour analysis.
• Integrate insights into product development, sales, and customer success to reduce churn.
• Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business growth.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Provide strategic direction to Trade Marketing for field activations and dealer engagement.
• Oversee social media and digital engagement to gather real‑time sentiment and support lead generation.
• Manage graphic design output to maintain high‑quality, on‑brand creative assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, trade marketing or brand management.
• At least 4 years of people‑management or team‑leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams (research, social media, trade marketing, design).
• Experience in data‑driven decision‑making and analytics.
• Background in high‑growth sectors such as fintech, telecom, energy or FMCG is an advantage.
