Senior Product Manager, Compliance & KYC

About the role

This role owns Transak’s Compliance & KYC product surface, translating regulatory requirements into scalable, conversion‑optimised product systems. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining success metrics and driving execution across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Compliance & KYC product vertical, defining vision, success metrics and roadmap.
• Write detailed product requirement documents and partner with design and engineering to ship features.
• Instrument onboarding funnels, analyse data (SQL, dashboards) and iterate to improve conversion, cost and risk.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure regulatory readiness across regions.

Required profile

• Proven ownership of a core product area in fintech, payments, crypto or API‑led B2B.
• Demonstrated business impact through product decisions and strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Building and interpreting dashboards and analytics tools.
• Experience with product analytics, funnel measurement and experimentation.
