Senior Sales Executive - Construction Materials

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by promoting Kaziweza Limited’s kitchen appliance range to the construction and real‑estate sectors. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships and ensure targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.
• Promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to achieve set sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network within the construction, real‑estate, or interior design sectors is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
