Senior Sales Executive - Multibrand Vehicles

About the role

CFAO Mobility is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for its multibrand vehicle business in Nairobi. The role drives multibrand sales, identifies new customers, negotiates deals and achieves revenue targets. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in the luxury and premium market
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, corporate partnerships, digital leads and targeted prospecting
• Manage the full sales cycle and deliver a personalised, premium experience
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and diplomats
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives, and represent the brand at private viewings, launches, exhibitions and corporate events
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, prospect databases and pipeline reports
• Ensure vehicle handovers meet quality standards and work with the aftersales team to support customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell opportunities such as service packages, accessories and upgrades, and monitor customer feedback
• Report regularly on sales performance, lead conversion, pipeline activity and market intelligence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 5 years of experience in automotive sales, customer relationship management and business development
• Experience managing high-value clients and complex sales negotiations
• Valid driving licence
