Senior Sales Officer – ICT Solutions, Cloud & Managed IT Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Officer to drive revenue growth for ICT, cloud and managed IT services. The role focuses on building relationships with decision‑makers, understanding business challenges and positioning tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver solution presentations and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, upsell and cross‑sell ICT solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, maintain CRM records and activity reports.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT, telecom or B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and client‑engagement capability.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and performance‑oriented.
