Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager)

About the role

An experienced Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) is sought to lead multiple Agile software development teams in a SaaS environment. The role drives Agile best practices, facilitates Scrum processes, coaches teams and ensures software delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, promoting Scrum, Kanban and continuous improvement
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Partner with product owners, developers and stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables
• Monitor sprint velocity, project milestones, risks and team performance
• Remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts and improve team collaboration
• Drive Agile process improvements and give regular project status updates

Required profile

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5+ years of Agile project management experience, preferably in SaaS product development
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams across different geographic locations
• Bachelor's degree and CSM, PSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Leadership, coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
