About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. The position is fully remote and focuses on building scalable recruitment workflows, optimizing talent acquisition systems, and driving hiring efficiency across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows that streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify bottlenecks and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and related recruitment technologies.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing talent acquisition operations for global or distributed teams.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability and experience with HR analytics.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in international recruitment.
• Outstanding communication skills for coordination between internal and external partners.
