Senior Truck Sales Specialist

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead sales of trucks and related commercial vehicles. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging your network in transport, logistics and construction sectors across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers for trucks, buses and heavy equipment.
• Maintain and expand an existing network of contacts in transport, logistics and construction.
• Negotiate sales contracts and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel within Nairobi and other regions as required to meet clients and close deals.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on sales experience in the commercial vehicle sector within Kenya.
• Strong network in transport, logistics, construction or related industries.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
• A valid Kenyan driving licence and willingness to travel.
