SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

Levitate Talent is looking for an SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy in Nairobi. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO process, from keyword research to performance reporting, helping our clients increase visibility and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy, including technical, on‑page and e‑commerce optimisation.
• Conduct keyword research, audit site architecture and improve Google rankings.
• Create SEO‑focused copy and optimise existing content for organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyse performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and SEO reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the broader digital marketing team to align SEO with SEM, paid campaigns and overall brand goals.
• Provide regular analytics reports and recommendations for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of improving rankings and traffic.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting SEO projects, challenges, implementations and measurable results.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Technical SEO and on‑page optimisation.
• SEO copywriting and content optimisation.
• Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or Screaming Frog.
• Google Ads / SEM knowledge.
• E‑commerce SEO (advantageous).
