Service Receptionist

About the role

The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients arriving at the service department of a premium luxury car dealership. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide customers to the right resources, and ensure a smooth service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, customer‑focused presence at the service desk.
• Connect client inquiries with the appropriate team members.
• Arrange transportation options such as Uber, internal car rentals, and valet services.
• Answer internal and external phone calls and direct callers appropriately.
• Deliver service updates to clients upon request.
• Process client payments.
• Coordinate after‑hours kiosk pickups and drop‑offs.
• Liaise with car‑wash and lot staff to minimize vehicle return delays.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday day shift).
• Reliable personal transportation to reach the workplace.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a team.
• Positive attitude and organized work style.
