Service Station Manager – Nairobi

About the role

FSK Advisory is seeking a competent, experienced, and results‑driven Service Station Manager to lead daily operations at its Karen location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the service station, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate station staff.
• Monitor fuel and lubricant sales and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high service quality.
• Oversee cash handling, sales reconciliation, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and overall station presentation.
• Prepare and submit regular operational and sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a service station, retail outlet, or similar business environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Good knowledge of sales, stock management, and cash handling.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
