About the role
DENRI Africa is looking for enthusiastic Shop Attendants to manage daily store operations and drive sales in Westlands, Kenya. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring customers receive top‑class service while supporting promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Participate in brand activations, promotions, and field sales events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding DENRI’s brand values.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong sales mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to support both in‑store and field sales activities.
