Site Manager

About the role

Manage the process at the customer site while ensuring safety, service continuity and strong customer relations. Act as a strong coordination point between the customer and the Diversey team to support overall performance and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets and follow up timely payments with the customer.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and champion trials for new advanced solutions on site.
• Develop, deliver and sustain customer KPIs, ensuring consistent service execution and proactive issue resolution.
• Provide weekly performance reports for review and optimisation.
• Plan and manage chemical inventory, including accurate demand forecasting, daily stock checks and timely replenishment.
• Ensure release of LPOs from the customer for uninterrupted chemical deliveries.
• Act as safety champion: enforce health & safety policy, ensure PPE use, conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date safety data sheets, conduct chemical handling training and oversee proper storage and labeling.
• Develop and update SOPs to capture chemical changes, risks and PPE requirements.
• Maintain cleaning materials, equipment and site support supplies for smooth operations.

• Knowledge of MSDS, PIS and chemical safety documentation.
