SMD & Card Assembly Technician – 8 Openings

About the role

We are looking for eight skilled SMD & Card Assembly Technicians to join our production team. You will work under the guidance of a Team Leader, operating advanced surface‑mount technology (SMT) equipment and ensuring high‑quality assembly of electronic circuit boards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate SMT machines, soldering stations and reflow ovens following standard operating procedures.
• Inspect solder joints with microscopes and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
• Handle and store ESD‑sensitive components according to strict safety protocols.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, rework and repair of circuit boards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support production efficiency.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality deviations to the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certificate in Electronics or Industrial Maintenance.
• Proven experience with SMT equipment, soldering stations or reflow ovens.
• High manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely with ESD‑sensitive components.
