Social Media Content Strategist (Fashion & Hospitality)

About the role

A boutique marketing agency offering creative branding, digital marketing and AI automation is looking for a senior, high-trust Social Media Content Strategist to act as the right hand to the founder. You will shape client strategy and content across a portfolio of about six content accounts, bringing a creative eye and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends. You will use AI tools to produce and improve content, coordinate between clients, designers and content tools, and build on existing automated workflows and calendars so you can focus on strategy and results.

The agency focuses on the fashion and hospitality/travel industries. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (flexible during working hours), 20 work hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute content strategy that fits each client's brand voice
• Manage and maintain content calendars so posting stays consistent and on schedule
• Monitor social media trends and apply them to client content in a timely way
• Gather raw information and briefs from clients and pass them to designers or content tools
• Define and track KPIs to measure what works and refine the approach
• Use AI tools to produce and improve content for client accounts

Required profile

• Practical understanding of how to use AI for business and content creation
• Sense of creativity and a general understanding of design
• Strong attention to detail
• Active, up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
• Experience working with fashion, hospitality or travel brands
• Experience working with automated content workflows
• Ability to work independently

Required skills

• Canva
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud alongside Canva
• Strong written communication skills
