About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Social‑Media & Digital Marketer to lead the digital strategy of a growing real‑estate business. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating leads and supporting sales through online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on major social‑media platforms.
• Create visual and video content using Canva and video editing tools.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing initiatives.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Design and send email newsletters and automated flows with Mailchimp.
• Write compelling copy for posts, ads and email communications.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience (mid‑level).
• Proactive, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in the Kenyan real‑estate market.
