About the role

Switch Media Limited, a digital media and production company owned by the Kenya Red Cross Society, is offering a Social Media Management internship within its Digital, Content and IT Department in Nairobi. The role is designed for a creative and self‑driven individual who will support the team in planning, creating and analysing social media content.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule content across major platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyse performance data and apply insights to improve strategies.

Required profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with social media analytics and best‑practice trends.
