Specialist Transport Management – Italy

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist Transport Management to join our 4flow management team in Italy. The role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound transportation within customer networks, handling transport orders, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute continuous inbound and outbound transportation in customers' logistics networks.
• Manage transport orders, communicate status updates, and resolve delays.
• Provide timely information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Utilise our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS) for order processing.
• Collaborate closely with the manager and project management team.
• Support ongoing optimisation of customers' logistics networks.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to prioritise tasks during busy periods while maintaining a solution‑oriented approach.
• Interest in logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• General IT competence.
