Store Manager – Showroom Sales & Operations

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a large tile and sanitary‑ware showroom, overseeing sales, marketing, operations and team performance. You will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring excellent customer experience and maintaining efficient inventory and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all sales and marketing activities, execute campaigns within budget and develop product promotion strategies.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting, ensure payment processes comply with company policy and supervise IT and showroom equipment.
• Monitor inbound/outbound inventory, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment and guarantee accurate labeling and display.
• Guide sales and customer service teams, manage wholesale and project orders and oversee delivery logistics.
• Optimize showroom layout, product displays and customer flow to enhance aesthetics and sales.
• Train staff, monitor performance and enforce operational standards.
• Control operating costs to protect profitability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of store sales and management experience, preferably in tile or sanitary‑ware retail.
• At least 3 years of cross‑cultural management experience and 2 years of building‑materials sales leadership.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 10 + employees and achieve monthly sales above $100,000.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Indian languages and Somali is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the full retail process, marketing theory and in‑store promotion.
